Repay Bangabandhu’s blood debt fulfilling his dream: Monnujan

DHAKA, Aug 17, 2020 (BSS) – State Minister for Labor and Employment Begum Monnujan Sufian has called upon all to build a “Sonar Bangla” as dreamt by Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.

“The debt of Bangabandhu’s blood will have to be repaid through materializing his dream to build Sonar Bangla,” she said while speaking as the chief guest at a virtual discussion marking the National Mourning Day and the 45th martyrdom anniversary of Bangabandhu, said a press release.

The discussion was organized by the Department of Labor at the conference room of Labor Bhaban in city’s Bijoynagar.

The state minister prayed for the eternal peace of Bangabandhu and his most family members, who were killed brutally on August 15 in 1975.

Recalling the extraordinary human qualities of Bangabandhu, Secretary of the Ministry KM Abdus Salam called upon the officers and employees of the department to follow the ideology of Banbandhu to build an economically advanced country.

Director General of the Department of Labor AKM Mizanur Rahman, Inspector General of the Department of Factory and Establishment Inspection Shivnath Roy, Additional Director General of the Department of Labor Abdul Latif Khan, Jatiya Sramik League Chairman Fazlul Haque Montu and other officials and employees of the Department of Labor and the Department of Factory and Establishment Inspection took part in the discussion.

After the discussion, prayers and special munajat were offered for the eternal peace of Bangabandhu and his most family members.
