DHAKA, Aug 9, 2020 (BSS) – President M Abdul Hamid today expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of national award winning composer and country’s renowned music director Alauddin Ali.
In a condolence message, the President said his death is really irreparable loss to country’s music industry.
The head of the state prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and expressed deep sympathy to the bereaved family.
Sixty seven-year old Alauddin Ali breathed his last at a city hospital this afternoon. He had been battling against cancer for a long time.
He is survived by five children.
