DHAKA, Aug 06, 2020 (BSS)- Former executive member of Dhaka South unit of Awami League(AL) and former president of Dhaka unit of Chhatra League Md Bachchu Miah died of heart attack while undergoing treatment at a city hospital this afternoon.
He was 70.
Bachchu Miah left behind his wife, a daughter and a host of relatives and admirers to mourn his death.
Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader today expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of Bachchu Miah.
In a condolence message, Quader, also Awami League’s general secretary, prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family members.
