2 drug dealers held with 20,000 Yaba tablets in city
DHAKA, July 2, 2020 (BSS) – The Detective Branch (DB) of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has arrested two drug dealers with 20,000 pieces of contraband yaba tablets from Sabujbagh area in the capital on Wednesday.
The arrested are: Md Alam Hossain ,25 and Md Atiqul Islam alias Rocky ,22.
DB (north) Additional Deputy Commissioner Golam Saqlain told the media today that the detainees were arrested during a raid in the aforesaid area on July 1, said a press release.
A case was lodged with the concerned police station in this connection, the release added.
