DHAKA, June 11, 2020 (BSS) – The government has allocated Taka 34,883 crore for the Ministry of Defence and the Armed Forces Division in the proposed budget for the fiscal (FY) 2020-2021.
The allocation is Taka 1,987 crore higher than the revised budget of Taka 33,106 crore of the previous FY 2019-20.
Of the total amount allocated in the proposed budget, Taka 34, 842 crore is for the Ministry of Defence and Taka 41 crore for the Armed Force Division.
