Dipu Moni inaugurates stipend distribution programme for students
DHAKA, May 20, 2020 (BSS)- Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni today
inaugurated the stipend distribution programme of July to December,2019 for
12.59100 lakh students.
The Ministry of Education has sent Taka 236.9368 crore to Bangladesh Bank
today in this regard, she said addressing a programme at International Mother
Language Institute in Segun Bagicha in the capital.
This money will be disbursed through government-to-person (G2P) system
under Bangladesh Bank in collaboration with Strengthening Public Financial
Management for Social Protection (SPFMSP), Agrani Bank and bKash.
