Woman test positive for Covid-19 first in Rajshahi city
RAJSHAHI, May 15, 2020 (BSS) – A woman was tested positive for Covid-19 for the
first time in Rajshahi city today.
The woman, 50, a resident in the city’s Padma residential area was found
infected in the corona testing laboratory at the department of virology in
Rajshahi Medical College Hospital.
Prof Dr Sabera Gulnahar, head of the virology department and in-charge of the
laboratory, said a total of four fresh cases including the woman were detected
after testing samples of 56 patients.
Three others from Naogaon district, she added.
