RAJSHAHI, May 8, 2020 (BSS) – In an anti-crime drive, members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested an alleged drug-peddler with 390 yaba tablets here today.
According to the RAB sources, the arrested man was Zulhash Imrul Kayesh, 32, son of late Nesar Pramanik of Pukurpara village under Charghat Upazila in the district.
On a tip-off, a team of the elite force conducted a sudden raid in Charghat Pilot High School area and arrested him with the contraband item around 15.30 pm red-handed.
A case has been recorded with Charghat Police Station and the arrested person along with the seized goods was handed over to police.
