Poor people get relief in Mymensingh
Mymensingh, May 8, 2020 (BSS) -The distribution of relief continues in the
districtwith both the government and personal initiatives in order to
mitigate the sufferings rendered by the COVID-19 pandemic in the country.
As part of the programme, State Minister for Public Works and Housing
Sharif Ahamed, MP, and Fafmi Golandaz, MP, distributed essential food items
among the 1,500 destitute and jobless people of Gafargaon Pourashava at
Islamia High School ground today.
The food items include rice,edible oil, pulse, salt, onion and potato.
