Outgoing principal secretary calls on President
DHAKA, Dec 30, 2019 (BSS) – Md Nojibur Rahman, outgoing principal secretary to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, today paid a courtesy call on President M Abdul Hamid at Bangabhaban this evening.
The President thanked the outgoing principal secretary for discharging his duty efficiently, President’s Press Secretary Mohammad Joynal Abedin told BSS.
Lauding his outstanding performance and work efficiency as the principal secretary, the head of the state said, “His (Nojibur) cordiality and devotion to duty would be an instance for others to follow.”
Abdul Hamid wished the principal secretary’s a happy and good future.
Outgoing principal secretary also expressed his gratitude to the President for extending support in discharging his duties.
Secretaries concerned to the President, among others, were present at the meeting.
