Bangladesh lose to Nepal in SAG Football

KATHMANDU, Dec 8, 2019 (BSS) – Bangladesh Olympic football team hope’s of playing final vanished into blue as they suffered a solitary goal defeat to host Nepal in the ongoing 13th South Asian Games men’s Football held on Sunday at Dasarath Rangasala Stadium.

In the day’s crucial match, Sunil Bal scored the match winner in 11st minute utilizing a pass from skipper Sujal Shrestha.

Bangladesh became third in the games.

The day’s win means Nepal will now lock horn to Bhutan in the gold deciding final match scheduled to be held on December 10 at the same venue.
