Deputy Speaker off to Seoul to join conference
DHAKA, Dec 8, 2019 (BSS) – Deputy Speaker of the Jatiya Sangsad Md Fazle Rabbi Miah left here today for South Korean capital of Seoul to attend a conference titled ‘The Asia Pacific Parliamentarians on Environment and Development (APPCED)’.
The 19th APPCED conference will be held from December 9 to 11, a press release said here.
A five-member delegation led by the Deputy Speaker will join the conference, it added.
The delegation includes lawmakers Nazim Uddin Ahmed and A K M Fazlul Haque, Deputy Speaker’s personal assistant private secretary Toufiqul Islam and senior assistant secretary Aminul Islam.
The delegation will return home on December 14.
