Bangladeshi shot dead in Saudi Arabia


DHAKA, Aug 1, 2017 (BSS) – A Bangladeshi national was shot dead at Kafi, eastern province town in Saudi Arabia on Thursday, Bangladesh embassy in Riyadh confirmed this today.

Three others Bangladeshi citizens were also injured in the incident when a group of armed terrorist opened fire on them.

The deceased was identified as Mohammad Alamgir Hossain of Gobindapur village of Faridganj upazila in Chandpur district.

The body of Alamgir Hossain was kept at Dammam Central Hospital. The body would be brought back to Bangladesh following completion of necessary procedures, embassy sources said.
