Tikatuli fire under control
DHAKA, Nov 20, 2019 (BSS) – The fire that broke out at Rajdhani Super Market in city’s
Tikatuli area this evening was brought under control.
“The fire was brought under control around 6.35 pm today by 25 units of fire-fighters after
battling one and half hours,” said Fire service control room duty officer Palash Chandra.
“It is assumed that around 10 to 15 shops out of more than 30 have been gutted in the fire.
The fire broke out on the second floor of the market around 5.13 pm,” he added.
The reason behind the fire and the extent of damage are yet to be ascertained.
