DHAKA, Oct 30, 2019 (BSS) – Host Chattogram Abahani Limited’s skipper Jamal Bhuiyan expressed his high hope on winning the crown of the Sheikh Kamal International Club Cup football tournament.
He was speaking at a pre final press conference held on Wednesday at meeting room of the MA Aziz Stadium, the venue of the final, in Chattogram.
Chattagram Abahani locks horn against Terengganu FC of Malaysia in the battle of final scheduled to be held tomorrow (Thursday) at 6 pm.
Jamal Bhuiyan said their only goal was to become a champion before the start of the tournament.
He said they will take to the field for the final tomorrow (Thursday) and they are very close of meeting their goal.
Chattagram Abahani captain also hoped that they would be able to lift the crown for the nation. Chattagram Abahani coach Maruful Haque also sounded very much optimistic to lift the crown of the tournament.
Maruful said the two good teams have made it to the final proving their capability. The opponents are very strong but they are eying for the crown. Chattogram Abahani reached the final by proving the capability and hoped to return home by winning the final.
