DHAKA, Oct 6, 2019 (BSS) – A coffee table book, mainly for children,
compiled with Bangabandhu’s speeches will be published marking the birth
centenary and Mujib Borsho (Mujib year) of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu
Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
The initiative has been taken at an International publication and
translation sub-committee meeting arranged by Bangabandhu’s Birth Centenary
Celebration National Implementation Committee at its office here today.
An International publication organization will publish this book,
according to a celebration committee press release.
Moreover, a biography will also be published for international readers
featuring the life and ideals of Bangabandhu.
With Professor Dr Fakhrul Alam in the chair, the meeting was also
attended, among others, by chief coordinator of the National Implementation
Committee Dr Kamal Abdul Naser Chowdhury, Sub-committee member secretary
Quazi Anis Ahmed, Dr Rashid Askari, Professor Ahmed Ahsanuzzaman, Professor
Dr Samsad Murtoza and Sadaf Saaj.
