Counseling needed to make efficient people: Dr Towfiq
DHAKA, Sept 5, 2019 (BSS) – Prime Minister’s Energy Advisor Dr Towfiq-E-Elahi Chowhdury, Bir Bikram, today said counseling is needed to make efficient people for using training education properly.
“Success of Bangladesh within short period is unimaginable. Bangladesh has become a country that can make impossible things possible,” he said, while inaugurating a training workshop of skilled manpower in power division as the chief guest at the ministry conference room.
Power Division under the Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources organised training workshop on the occasion of Mujib Year (2020-2021).
State Minister for Power, Energy and Mineral Resources Nasrul Hamid spoke on the occasion as the special guest, while power division secretary Dr Ahmed Kaikaus and energy secretary Abu Hena Md Rahmatul Munim spoke on the occasion.
The advisor said, “If you try, then the success will come. Counseling is needed to make a person efficient for using training education properly.”
The state minister said it is necessary to organise quality training workshops, adding, “There is no alternative to impart training for making a person skilled.”
Bangladesh is not getting success in global market due to lack of language efficiency and it will possible to get success in the international market through adding language course in the training workshop.
With aiming to implement ‘Service Year’ promised on the occasion of the Mujib Year, a total of 2,875 people took part in the two-month long training workshop.
Some 7,000 people will get training facility and the number of trainees will be rose to 70,000 people in the next five years on the occasion of the Mujib Year.
