CHATTOGRAM, Sep 1, 2019 (BSS)-Deputy Minister for Education Barrister Mohibul Hasan Chowdhury Nowfel today said Bangladesh had been upgraded to an industrial economy from an agriculture one.

He said universities of engineering, science and technology could play a pivotal role for attaining sustainable development.
