SATKHIRA, June 10, 2019 (BSS) – A digital map on 1971 genocide in Satkhira was published today aiming to project barbarism carried out by Pakistani occupation force drug the War of Liberation.

Genocide Repression Archive and Museum has lunched the survey to identify the mass killing fields and torture camps of the Pakistani force.

Chowdhury Shahid Quader, director (administration) of Genocide Repression and Liberation War Research Centre in Khulna told BSS that digital map is being prepared using modern GPS devices.

“The works of preparing the digital map on genocide were carried out in a limited scale across the world. But Bangladesh is preparing the such map in a large scale,” Quader said.
