DHAKA, June 4, 2019 (BSS) – Awami League President and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina today greeted the countrymen as well as the Muslims across the globe on the occasion of holy Eid-ul-Fitr, one of the greatest religious festivals of the Muslim community.
In a statement, she prayed for continued peace, progress and prosperity of the countrymen and the Muslim Ummah.
“After a month-long self-restraint, Eid-ul-Fitr comes with the message of and joy and happiness as the festival builds amity, harmony and unity among the people,” she said.
In a separate message, AL General Secretary and Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader also greeted the countrymen on the occasion of holy Eid-ul-Fitr.
