Media role vital for Gazipur’s development: Mozammel
DHAKA, May 23, 2019 (BSS) – Liberation War Affairs Minister AKM Mozammel Haque today said media people can play a special role in the development of the densely populated and neglected Gazipur.
“We all have to work together for the development and the betterment of this densely populated and neglected Gazipur area,” he said.
He said this as the chief guest while addressing a pre-iftar party discussion arranged by the Gazipur Journalists Forum in city’s Segun Bagicha area.
State Minister for Youth and Sports Zahid Ahsan Russell was present as the special guest in the meeting with Gazipur Journalists Forum president GM Faisal in the chair.
The meeting was also addressed, among others, by Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA) chairman Ayubur Rahman Khan, Senior Journalist Ataur Rahman and Journalist Md Al Mamun.
