Govt working to ensure quality education: Khasru
NETRAKONA, May 18, 2019 (BSS) – State Minister for Fisheries and Livestock Ashraf Ali Khan Khasru said here today that the present government, led by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, has been working to ensure quality education in the country.
He said the present government has also been working to modernize the country’s educational institutions through installation of digital networks including multi-media class rooms.
The state minister was speaking as chief guest at a foundation lying function of four-storied academic building of Krisno-Gobinda high school at sadar upazila.
The academic building of the school will be constructed at a cost of Taka two crore and seventy three lakhs under the supervision of the education engineering department of Netrakona.
Chaired by president of the school governing body Musaraf Hussain, the function was addressed, among others, by chairman of Singher Bangla union parishad Abdur Rahim, headmaster of the school Rotan Chandra Paul and president of Sechchhhasebok League Netrakona district unit Maruf Hasan Khan Obra.
