24,300 yaba tablets seized in Cox’s Bazar
COX’S BAZAR, March 20, 2019 (BSS) – Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB)
in a drive arrested two alleged drug traders with 24,300 pieces of yaba
tablets from Teknaf in the district this morning.
The detained are identified as Josim Uddin, 30 and Mosharrof Hossain, 33.
On a tip-off, Teknaf Camp in-charge of RAB-15 Shaed Mahtab said they
conducted a raid in BGB Camp Road area and nabbed the duo with the contraband
yaba tablets which were placed in a pipe there.
A case was filed with the concerned police station in this connection.
