DHAKA, March 20, 2019 (BSS) – The 3rd International Conference on
‘Genocide and Mass Violence’ will be held at Dhaka University (DU) from March
24 to 25, 2019.
Centre for Genocide Studies (CGS) of DU is organising the programme at
the Muzaffar Ahmed Chowdhury Auditorium, Faculty of Social Sciences on the
campus, said a DU press release.
DU Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Md. Akhtaruzzaman will inaugurate the
conference as the Chief Guest at 10am on Sunday.
CGS Director Professor Imtiaz Ahmed will preside over the inaugural
session of the conference.
