Mohila AL celebrates golden jubilee founding anniversary
DHAKA, Feb 27, 2019 (BSS) – Mohila Awami League, the women front of ruling
Awami League, today celebrated its golden jubilee founding anniversary amid
different programmes.
The leaders of the Mohila League celebrated the day paying homage to Father
of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman by garlanding at his portrait
at Dhanmondi no 32 in the city at 3 pm.
Marking the day, the organisation brought out a colorful rally from the
Parliament Bhaban that ended at Bangabandhu Bhaban after parading different
city streets.
AL Joint General Secretary and Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni inaugurated
the rally.
Mohila AL President Safia Begum, its General Secretary Mahmuda Begum Krik,
Vice-President Taslima Khatun, Joint General Secretary Shikha Rani were
present, among others.
