Industries ministry forms committee to investigate fire incident
DHAKA, Feb 21, 2019 (BSS) – The ministry of industries today formed a 12-member committee to investigate the deadly fire in Old Dhaka that left at least 68 people dead and scores injured.
The committee headed by Additional Secretary of the Industries Ministry Md Mafizul Haque was urged to submit a full report by five working days.
In the morning, Fire Service and Civil Defence formed a 3-member committee to investigate the devastating fire.
