Annual conference, election of BASA held
DHAKA, Feb 09, 2019 (BSS) – The annual conference and biennial election of Bangladesh Administrative Service Association (BASA) was held today at its office in city’s New Eskaton.
BASA President and Secretary of the Information Ministry Abdul Malek presided over the conference while its Secretary General and Secretary of Water Resources Ministry Kabir Bin Anowar presented the annual report, said a press release here.
The conference approved the proceedings, audit report and budget of 2019 (January-December) of the organization.
Later, an executive committee was formed for 2019-2020 except its president. As per the constitution of the BASA the newly formed executive committee will select its president at its first meeting, the release added.
