Canada serial killer sentenced to life in prison
TORONTO, Canada, Feb 8, 2019 (BSS/AFP) – A Canadian landscaper was sentenced on Friday to 25 years in prison for murdering eight men with links to Toronto’s gay community and the sexual mutilation of their bodies, which he then dismembered and hid in planters.
Bruce McArthur, 67, pleaded guilty to the killings last month. He will be in his 90s before he is eligible for parole, but Ontario Superior Court Justice John McMahon said that he would likely never be released.
