4-day Int’l Yarn, Fabric Show begins on Jan 23
DHAKA, Jan 14, 2019 (BSS)- A four-day Dhaka International Yarn and Fabric
Show (DIFS) is going to start on January 23 in city’s International
Convention Centre Bashundhara (ICCB).
The 15th edition of the DIFS is aiming to introduce latest and
sophisticated yarn, fabrics, accessories and emerging technologies for
textile and garment industries.
Commerce Minister Tipu Munshi is expected to inaugurate the show.

announced the details of the DIFS at a press conference at Economic
Reporter’s Forum (ERF) auditorium in the capital, said a press release.
“Over 370 exhibitors from 22 countries around the world will showcase a
diverse range of textile products that include the latest trends and
technologies in fabrics, accessories, ready-to-wear and industrial fabrics,
innovative and smart fabrics as well,” she said.
CEMS-Global and China Council for the Promotion of International Trade
(CCPIT) are organising the DIFS-2019 jointly.
The exhibition will remain open for trade and public visitors from 10.30
am to 7.30 pm and the online registration link for the visitor is www.e-
registrations.com, said Meherun.
