Chinese delegation calls on DU VC
DHAKA 26, 2017 (BSS) – A five-member delegation of Zhongyang University in China today called on Dhaka University (DU) Vice-Chancellor (VC) Professor Md Akhtaruzzaman at his office here.
The delegation members are Zhong of Zhongyang University Computer Science School Dean Prof Liu Weiguang Economics and Management School Dean Prof Zhao Zhiquan, Foreign Language School Dean Prof Guo Wanqun, Educational Co-operation and Exchange Deputy Director Gong Hailong and Party Committee Secretary Prof Cui Shi, said a DU press release here.
During the meeting, they exchanged views on issues of bilateral interests of the two universities, particularly on joint educational and technological programmes.
They discussed the possibilities of exchanging teachers, students and researchers between the two universities, the release added.
Professor Akhtaruzzaman thanked the delegation for visiting DU and expressing keen interest towards the education programmes of the university.
