Dhaka Metropolis score 59/2 on day 2 in NCL
DHAKA, Oct 30, 2018 (BSS)- Dhaka Metropolis was again in trouble losing
two quick wickets in their second innings as they scored 59 for 2 at stumps
against Dhaka Division on the second day of tier-2 fifth round four-day
National Cricket League match on Tuesday at Shaheed Chandu Stadium in Bogra.
Opener Sadman Islam and Shamsur Rahman were on the crease with 26 and 16
runs as the stumps were drawn for the day. Metropolis still trailed by 268
runs and they have eight wickets in hand after the second day’s play.
Earlier, on the day, Dhaka Division resumed their first innings with
overnight score of 167 for 3 and finally all out for 386 after Metropolis
declared their first innings at 59 for 8 on the first day.
