DHAKA, Oct 30, 2018 (BSS)-Information Minister Hasanul Haq Inu, MP, today said that the opposition was trying to make cannon fodder of the everyday problems of the citizenry to oust the government.
The minister was speaking at a memorial meeting in honor of late journalist Golam Sarwar at the Press Institute of Bangladesh (PIB).
The information minister said that the mass media had to gradually adapt to digitization but “under no circumstances does democracy or the media license crime.”
The minister once gain criticized those in the media who in the name of equilibrium had equal sympathy for Freedom Fighters and Razakars.
“This could not be accepted,” he said.
