Bangladesh Labour (amendement) bill 2018 places in parliament
SANGSAD BHABAN, Oct 21, 2018 (BSS) – Bangladesh Labour (amendment) Bill, 2018 was placed in the jatiya Sangsad in an amended form with a view to saving the right of the workers and also to enhance the national productivity in the country.
State Minister for Labour and Employment M Mujibul Haq placed the bill in the House with deputy Speaker Fazley Rabbi Mia in the chair.
Placing the bill, the state minister said the government amended the act in 2006 and again the act has been amended under the changing situation of the local and global phenomenon.
The state minister urged the House to sent the bill to the parliamentary standing committee in order to further scurtizine within one day.
